Toggle Gift Cards - Integration

Toggle adds another fantastic string to the HLS bow. The seamless integration between Toggle and HLS allows our hoteliers to create an additional revenue stream for their business. Toggle allows you to sell gift cards on your website and redeem them against hotel bookings. Making it easier for your customers to spend their Gift Card balance in all elements of your business.

Booking Engine - Specific Date

You can now direct users to your booking engine for a specific date and duration of days.

Remove ID Field From Mobile Check-In/ Out

Customers will no longer need to enter their booking ID to express check-in/ out. We have removed this entry field to reduce friction on entry and increase the conversion for both processes.

Minor Updates & Enhancements

We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

• Express check out - Minor bug fixes and enhancements

• Change booking owner - bug fix to recognise all countries when processed

• Change booking owner - guest auto complete not working

• Calendar - Hover view now displays the correct rate plans applied

• Rate Plans Overview - Bug fix star rate follows the new application

• Payment Screen - Minor bug fixes and improvements

• Group Sales Daily - Bug fix to CSV download

 

Central Reservations API Outputs

If you are a group using central reservations, we will allow you to add this functionality to your website! We are adding additional outputs to our API to allow you to meta-search across your group of hotels. Users will be able to search across your estate and select the correct property for them.
